Baji AF Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

By using the Baji AF platform, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Baji AF is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in compliance with the laws of Bangladesh and other applicable jurisdictions.

To use Baji AF's services, you must:

At Baji AF, each individual may only One account per person. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Baji AF reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false information.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: To make a withdrawal after registration, you must first complete identity verification. This requires:

• Front and back photos of your National ID (NID)
• A recent selfie (with your face clearly visible)
• Mobile Banking Verification (where applicable)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. Baji AF will not be held liable for any unauthorized access.

Baji AF supports deposits and withdrawals via major mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• Deposits typically arrive in your wallet within 5–15 minutes
• Deposits are non-refundable (except in exceptional circumstances)
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They only become withdrawable once the required wagering multiplier has been met. For example: a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means you must place BDT 10,000 in bets.

Additional Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus offer has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires
• Some bonuses apply only to specific games or bet types
• The same person may not claim bonuses using multiple accounts
• Baji AF reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time
• Fraudulent use of bonuses may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension

All games and betting markets on Baji AF are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Results are completely random and cannot be influenced by anyone.

Before you place a bet, keep in mind:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded
• Odds may change during in-play betting — the odds at the time of confirmation will apply

Baji AF is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Set a budget before you play and never bet beyond your means.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji AF:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse (providing false information to obtain bonuses)
• Participating in match-fixing or syndicate betting
• Using software or bots to manipulate games or betting outcomes
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Using a third party's account or renting out your own account to others

From Baji AF: An account may be closed or suspended for the following reasons:

• Upon evidence of fraudulent activity
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found
• Inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months)

Where possible, you will be notified by email before your account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

Baji AF will not be held liable for:

• If a game or bet is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues or device failure
• Losses caused by faults in third-party software providers
• If your account credentials are disclosed to an unauthorised party (where this results from your own negligence)
• If services are unavailable due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, government restrictions)

Under no circumstances shall Baji AF's total liability exceed the funds held in your account.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. Baji AF takes every complaint seriously and aims to respond within 72 hours.

Process:

• Step 1: Submit a complaint via live chat or email
• Step 2: The support team will review and respond within 72 hours
• Step Three: If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to senior management

Baji AF's decision shall be final and binding. However, an appeal to an international gaming regulator may be available.

Baji AF reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via email or SMS wherever possible.
